Our contact form stores nothing on the site; when you send it, your answers become a WhatsApp message and whether to send it is your decision.

• Identity and contact: name, telephone number, email address.
• Travel and passport details (package tour bookings only, for each traveller): name as in the passport, date of birth, passport number, passport expiry date.
• Booking details: the chosen tour or package, travel date, number of travellers, children's ages, room and accommodation preferences.
• Payment details: amount and transaction record. Card details are processed by our payment provider Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Requests and correspondence: what you send us on WhatsApp, by telephone or email.
• Security data: IP address and browser information, to prevent abuse (the site assistant stores the IP address only as an anonymised digest).
• Cookies and measurement: only with your cookie consent, statistics on site use (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager).

• Creating and carrying out your tour, package, hotel and activity booking,
• Passing your booking to hotels, airlines, transfer and tour providers, and providing what visa and entry formalities require,
• Taking your payment, following the deposit and the balance, issuing invoices,
• Answering your requests on WhatsApp, by telephone or email and preparing quotes,
• Meeting obligations under package tour and travel agency regulations,
• Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse,
• With your consent, measuring site use and improving our services.

Your data is processed under KVKK Article 5(2): it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (c), necessary to meet our legal obligations (ç), necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Cookie and measurement data are processed only with your explicit consent (Article 5(1)), which you can withdraw at any time in the site's cookie settings.

Electronically: through the booking and payment steps on our sites, the contact form, WhatsApp, telephone and email correspondence, and cookies.

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to:

• To carry out your booking and take your payment: hotels, airlines, transfer and tour providers and our group companies LION VIP TRAVEL L.L.C-FZ (Dubai), LIONTOUR BALKAN D.O.O. (Podgorica) and LION TOUR BY FLORA BALI (Bali). Payments made on the site are collected by LION VIP TRAVEL L.L.C-FZ (Dubai),
• For payments: Stripe (payment provider),
• For technical infrastructure: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), security and rate limiting (Upstash), site assistant (Anthropic; only the question you type is sent),
• With your consent, for measurement: Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager),
• For WhatsApp correspondence: WhatsApp / Meta,
• Competent public authorities when lawfully requested.

Because travel services are delivered abroad, your booking details are transferred to the hotels, airlines and providers abroad and to our group companies to perform the contract. The servers of the infrastructure and payment providers listed above are also abroad. These transfers follow the procedures in KVKK Article 9.

Booking and payment records are kept for the periods the law requires (at least 10 years under tax and commercial law); passport details are kept after the trip for as long as the purpose of processing requires, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Personal details entered during booking are stored encrypted in our database.

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, ask for deletion or destruction under Article 7, ask for these actions to be notified to the third parties concerned, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send requests about your rights in writing to the address above, or from the email address registered with us to info@liontourdubai.com, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
