Dubai is a city our team knows well and where we organise daily tours. Old harbour neighbourhoods and spice markets, modern towers, coastal walks and desert trips can all be part of the same holiday. A good programme allows for travel and rest as well as time at each stop. When planning observation decks, evening shows and desert outings at sunset, we consider the season and the day's schedule. How do you handle the planning and the entry paperwork?
